Processing & Handling
- Orders are typically shipped the same day if payment is received by 2 PM EST.
- We ship worldwide from our EU location and from one of our U.S. warehouses.
- All international packages are shipped with DHL or FedEx.
Shipping Charges & Options
To Europe and the United States:
- Expedited International Shipping: $39 (1–2 business days)
- Free shipping on orders over $750
- Orders from our EU warehouse to the U.S. are shipped via FedEx Priority (1–3 business days).
- Update Regarding U.S. Shipments: To ensure we can continue fulfilling orders amidst shifting U.S. trade policies, we are pausing our "all-in" DDP shipping service. U.S. import duties and taxes are no longer included in our pricing. Customers should expect to pay applicable customs fees directly to the courier. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate these regulatory changes.
Rest of the World:
- Rates and delivery times vary by destination.
- All international shipments outside the EU are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Duties and taxes are not included at checkout, and the buyer is responsible for any applicable fees upon delivery.
