We ship from one of our warehouses in the USA, or the EU.
From our EU location all packages will be shipped with FEDEX Priority (1-3 Days). The actual price of these services is much higher, than what we are charging.
Yes, we have a 14 Days Return-Money Back policy. Shipping paid both ways by the buyer (in case of free shipping, $25 shipping charge will be deducted), item must be received in the same condition as it arrived, unaltered, with all labels, etc attached. Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Items such as Final Sale items, Underwear, Swimwear, Sunglasses and Fragrance cannot be returned. All return conditions apply to exchanges as well.
Clearance sale items can only be returned in exchange of store credit.
