EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of Withdrawal (European Union Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without stating any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires. For your convenience, we provide an online withdrawal request form. Submission of the online form will generate an acknowledgment of receipt without delay on a durable medium.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating your decision to withdraw. You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

The right of withdrawal does not apply where an exemption under applicable law applies, including goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
