RETURN POLICY

Before returning anything you first must obtain a Return Authorization ("RA")
  • 14 Day Return - Money Back. Shipping paid both ways by the buyer (in case of free shipping, $29 shipping charge will be deducted).
  • We will accept merchandise returns within the specified time frames and issue a reimbursement, or store credit for the product only under the following conditions:

    The products must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.The products must retain their identification tag and attached labels. The original packaging of the products must accompany the return. The products must be free from damage.

  • Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
  • Items such as "Final Sale" items, Underwear, Swimwear, Sunglasses cannot be returned.
Discounted items, or products bought during promotions, or with coupons can only be returned for exchange or store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Items such as Sale items, Underwear, Swimwear, Sunglasses, Shoe Care products & Gift Cards cannot be returned. 

Merchandise bought during promotions can only be returned for exchange or store credit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
