What payment methods do you accept?

Where do you ship your items from?

To ensure you receive your order as quickly and efficiently as possible, we fulfill shipments from multiple global locations. Depending on your delivery address and current inventory levels, your items will be dispatched from one of our warehouses located in:

Note: Our system automatically routes your order to the closest warehouse with available stock. This helps us minimize your shipping times and ensure a smooth delivery process!

Which carrier do you use?

We partner with top-tier, reliable global couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. The carrier we use depends on your delivery destination and which warehouse your items are being dispatched from:

EU Shipments: Packages dispatched from our European location are routed via FedEx Priority (1-3 Days) or DHL.
USA Shipments: For domestic orders within the United States, we use UPS. For international orders dispatched from our US warehouse, we use either UPS or DHL.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we offer a 14-Day Return and Money-Back Guarantee on eligible items. To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please review our policy details below:

Item Condition: Returned items must be received in the exact condition they arrived—unworn, unaltered, and with all original labels and security tags fully attached.
Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as the original shipping cost. If your original order qualified for "Free Shipping," a $39 standard shipping charge will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Clearance Items: Items purchased during a clearance sale are eligible for return, but will be refunded as store credit only.
Processing Time: Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak volume) for our team to process your return. Once accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email.

Important Notes & Exceptions:

Non-Returnable Items: Final Sale items, underwear, swimwear, sunglasses, and fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unaccepted Returns: All standard return conditions apply to exchanges as well. If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be rejected and sent back to you.

In how many days do you dispatch the orders after purchase?

Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed and paid for by 2:00 PM EST on business days are usually dispatched the very same day.
Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after the 2:00 PM EST cutoff, or on weekends and public holidays, will be promptly dispatched the following business day.

International Shipping: Worldwide buyers are always welcome! We ship globally from our warehouses using the premium courier partners detailed above.
