  • What’s your return policy?

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging.

  • Who pays return shipping?

Buyer pays return shipping. If your order had free shipping, $29 will be deducted from your refund.

  • Are all items returnable?

No. Final Sale, underwear, swimwear, sunglasses, gift cards, shoe care, and Canada Goose items are non-returnable.

  • Can I return sale or discounted items?

Only eligible for exchange or store credit.

  • How do I start a return?

Contact us for approval → ship within 7 days → email tracking → allow 7 business days for processing.

  • How are refunds issued?

Refunds go to your original payment method. Processing may take up to 10 business days.

  • Exchanges?

Return first, then place a new order.

  • EU orders?

14-day return allowed. Buyer covers shipping.

  • Duties & taxes (U.S. orders)?

Paid at checkout. Non-refundable if you return the item.
