EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the 14 day period expires, using our online withdrawal form.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse the payments received, no later than 14 days from the day we are informed. We withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or a verified proof of return, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal. 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods exempt under applicable law, including made-to-order or personalized items.
