EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party other than the carrier, takes possession of the last item in your order. This period is extended if it would otherwise expire on a weekend or public holiday.

To exercise this right, notify us before the 14-day period expires by initiating a return through our returns portal or by contacting us at support@sartoriale.com.

The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision, provided we have received the goods back.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods exempt under applicable law, including made-to-order or personalized items, sealed goods that have been opened after delivery, or final sale items.
