Orders are usually shipped the same day (if paid by 2 pm EST). Worldwide buyers welcome! From our EU location, all packages will be shipped with DHL or FedEx. We ship from one of our warehouses in the USA or the EU.

- Expedited International Shipping (1-2 days) for up to $29
- Free shipping on orders over $750 (Free Shipping does not apply during certain promotions, or sales)
- We charge up to $59 for shipping to the Rest of The World.

- 14 Day Return - Money Back. Shipping paid both ways by the buyer (in case of free shipping, $29 shipping charge will be deducted).

We will accept merchandise returns within the specified time frames and issue a reimbursement, or store credit for the product only under the following conditions:
The products must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.The products must retain their identification tag and attached labels. The original packaging of the products must accompany the return. The products must be free from damage.
- Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
- Items such as "Final Sale" items, Underwear, Swimwear, Sunglasses & Canada Goose collection cannot be returned.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items such as Sale items, Underwear, Swimwear, Sunglasses, Shoe Care products & Gift Cards cannot be returned. Canada Goose items are FINAL SALE they Cannot be returned.
Merchandise bought during promotions can only be returned for exchange or store credit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The rucks were constructed in accordance with US Flag Code, with excess material during the flag-making process from Allegiance Flag Supply, and no flags were cut or destroyed in the making of the GR1.
We are excited to join forces with our friends at Allegiance Flag Supply to create a ruck that exemplifies everything that is great about American manufacturing. We've taken our classic GR1 and lined the inside with Allegiance Flag Supply USA stars and stripes. They make all of their flags right here in the US, just like our GR1.
